2018 Rugby Ontario Annual General Meeting - Recap

(WHITBY, ON) – The 2018 Rugby Ontario Annual General Meeting took place on April 29, 2018 at the Abilities Centre in Whitby, Ontario. Representatives from Rugby Ontario Clubs and Branches were on hand to usher in a new season, approve annual reports and also vote for open positions on the Board of Directors.

Four Director positions were open for election at the meeting and were all filled by the Director which held that position in the previous year. Nathan Baker, David Fortier, Dean Hopkins and James Logan all remain on the Rugby Ontario Board of Directors for 2018-19.

Also on hand at the meeting were Allen Vansen and Tim Powers of Rugby Canada to speak with and engage the clubs on the recent Rugby Canada dues increase.
