U19 Blues: Six changes to starting lineup for Game 2 of CRCs vs. Alberta Wolf Pack

(TRURO, NS) - The Ontario U19 Blues are looking to stick to their winning ways as they face off against the U19 Alberta Wolf Pack today in game two of the 2017 Canadian Rugby Championship Tournament.

Ontario is coming off a 36-14 victory after taking on the U19 Quebec Voyageurs in game one of the tournament. Seeking to put their explosive offensive system to the test, the Blues must maintain possession of the ball and play a disciplined game on both sides of the ball in order to see success against a strong Wolf Pack squad.

With 8-man Owain Ruttan being rested, the Blues have shaken up the starting 15 by slotting in forwards Grame Francolini (Prop), Nick Martino (Prop), and Michael Nwabufo (Lock), with Aidan Foley taking over at number 8. As for the backline, Jack Shaw will be slotted in at Outside Centre while Gabe Casey gets the start on the Wing.

The Blues are looking to continue dominance in set piece situations while playing as a cohesive defensive unit on the other side of the ball. Ontario must be diligent at the breakdowns and look to cover all areas of the field with proper spacing, communication and organization. Coming off a big game one victory against an Eastern rival Voyageurs squad –  the U19 Blues are looking to maintain a winning record in game two of the CRC tournament in Truro, Nova Scotia.
